Noribi currently ships to customers within the United States and Canada only.
All orders are carefully processed and prepared Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
During high demand periods, promotional events, holidays, or custom order production, processing may require additional business days.

All Canadian orders are shipped from our United States fulfillment network.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other government fees depending on local regulations.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Noribi LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incomplete, incorrect, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.
RETURN TO SENDER
Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, incomplete address information, or unclaimed packages may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES
While we work with trusted shipping partners, Noribi LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen deliveries, weather related disruptions, customs delays, or carrier related issues once an order has been dispatched.
