Refund policy

Noribi currently ships to customers within the United States and Canada.

We accept returns for both defective and non defective products.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items marked as Final Sale, personalized items, or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs for review.


RETURN SHIPPING

Returns are accepted by mail.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning any item.


CONDITION OF RETURN

Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With all original tags attached

Returned in original packaging

Free from stains, odors, damage, alterations, or visible signs of wear

Noribi LLC reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these return conditions.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

No restocking fees apply.
