Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping
Returns are accepted by mail.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other government fees are not refundable.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.
Inspection and Approval

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
